A. Before asking us for help please do the following:
- Check that you have setup your forwarding addresses properly. eg: ' This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ' - forwarding to ' This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it '
- Send a test message to the forwarding address (eg: ' This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ') and send one directly to the destination address (eg: ' This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ')
- Check that you received both messages. Allow at least 24 hours for them come through but in practice they should come through almost immediately.
If (1) and (2) above work then you have no problem.
If you only received the email sent to the destination address then the problem may lie with WCN.

If all else fails then open up a support ticket in the WCN HelpDesk and describe the problem as clearly as you can. Provide your username/website name/MSID number etc to help us find your account details quickly.
