WCN does not provide a full email system. Instead it provides a mechanism for you to forward emails addressed to your account on the wcn server to an email address of your choice.

This allows you to have an email address of the form This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it that gets delivered to your personal email which may be at gmail, hotmail, etc. Later on if the person who has been dealing with the club email changes you can redirect it to someone else.

You can have many such email 'forwarders' in your account:
eg:
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
and they can all go to different addresses or the same address.
